 Funeral services for Frances Elizabeth (Fey) Todd, age 92, of Madison, SD will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 in the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Watertown, SD. Pastor Jim Biswell will officiate. The family is requested to meet at the chapel on Wednesday by 9:00 a.m. for a prayer service. Frances passed away on September 8, 2007 at a hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. She was the widow of John Wesley Todd.
Burial will be in Gettysburg Cemetery, Gettysburg, SD. Pallbearers will be: Ivan Todd, Chad Sherrill, Don Todd, Marvin Todd, David Todd, and Pat Larson. Music will be provided by Dorothy Brugman, organist Don Seim, soloist, and Melissa Todd and AnnRae Herr, instrumentalists. Frances was born on July 10, 1915 at Ashton, SD to Robert and Mabel (Smith) Fey. She married John W. Todd on June 22, 1947 at Rockham, SD. Frances is survived by two sons: David and his wife, Linda Todd, of Watertown, SD, and Marvin and his wife, Shirley Todd, of Madison, SD; two daughters: Wanda Todd of Sioux Falls, SD and Mary Todd of Boston MA; two sisters: Phyllis and her husband, Robert Keller, of Snowhomish, WA, and Norma Fey and her husband, Ed Hall, of Asheville, NC; one former daughter-in-law, Jean Todd, of Baltic, SD; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and her parents. |
