Beav was such a sincere, good guy. A free spirit who was game for anything...and who could forget that laugh! It just doesn't seem real that he is gone, and he will truly be missed. Hopkins family, our heartfelt sympathies go out to you. Beav, thanks for mixing all those concrete batches for curbing and for that first coat of paint on the bedroom walls at the lake house...Mike says that room should never be painted again.

My prayers are with you. Beav was a great guy and he will be missed by many. He was a classmate of mine and though I wasn't close with him, I saw him around town whenever I visited and he was always a nice guy with a big smile and of course those bright eyes!

Steph, Brian & family I am so sorry for the loss of Eric. I never got the chance to meet him personally; but from the sounds of it he was a very special guy! If he was anything like Brian(besides the looks of course!) he was fun loving guy! Know that you and the family will be thought of often Abbey (cousin of Jess Lindgren)

Beav had become a close friend of my husband, Derek & I. We are honored to have known him. What a wonderful man, friend, brother & son. Be very proud of what he became! Derek & Beav had many plans of fishing & hunting to yet venture to.. these will be guided by Beav now. Wii bowling will not be the same without him-Derek & Beav thought they were pretty darn good as a team! Thoughts & prayers are with you all!!

Linda and family, I send you my deepest sympathy. I did not know Eric, but I know how sincerely you all loved him and will miss him. It seems unfair that someone so young can be snatched away so quickly, but remember you can still love him even though he is not here on this Earth. Trust in the Lord and call on him to help you through these days and give you strength. God Bless!

Hopkins Family, my deepest sympathies to you all. I graduated from high school with Eric, and although I never knew him really well, I do remember the past 10 years coming back to Watertown and seeing him out and about. He always had that infectious smile and was always so nice to chat with if even for a few seconds. I could tell he lived a great life! Thank you so much for sharing him with us… and know that even through the small things he did, he made big impacts on lots of lives. Co

Hopkins Family, Beav was a great friend to both of us. He will be greatly missed. We are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers. It just won't be the same driving by your house and not seeing him outside. He was always ready to wave and give a nod when we'd drive by. Beav was one of the first friends Tracy introduced me too after we met. One of my favorite memories of Beav is after I had moved in with Tracy, I'd come home from work and here was Tracy and Eric playing Madden on Pl

I spent many years with Eric in and out of classrooms until I moved away from Watertown in 10th grade. We always got along great even when we had minor differences. Eric was a great guy. I can only remember good things and it's heartbreaking for a family to lose a loved one and it's also hard to read about news of an untimely death of an old friend and classmate. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Eric and please watch over all of us that you grew up with!
