Kenneth R. “Ken” Kucker, age 91, of Watertown, SD passed away on November 15, 2010 at a hospital in Watertown, SD.  Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Watertown, SD.

     Arrangements are being handled by Crawford Funeral Chapel, Watertown.

     Ken was born on January 1, 1919 at Troy, SD to Guy and Rose (Springer) Kucker.  He graduated from Waverly High School.  On August 10, 1940, Ken married Grace Stoner in Redfield, SD.  The couple lived in Redfield and various locations in South Dakota until moving to Watertown where Ken worked as a foreman for Northwestern Bell.  Ken lived in Watertown for 67 years.

     He is survived by two sons:  Bruce (Julie) Kucker of Watertown, SD, and Larry (Marsha) Kucker of Sioux Falls, SD; one daughter, Beverly Kimura of Austin, TX; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Lloyd (Bernice) Kucker, of Mitchell, SD; and one sister, Ruth Nelson, of Rapid City, SD.

     Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Grace; his parents; and sixteen brothers and sisters.
