Jerald C. "Jerry" Stormo, age 78, of Creswell, OR, formerly Hayti, SD, passed away on October 31, 2011, at Cottage Grove Community Hospital in Oregon.  Funeral services were held on November 9, 2011, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove.  Burial will take place on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at New Hope Lutheran Cemetery, rural Hayti.  Rev. Sam Hatlestad will officiate. Military graveside honors will be conducted by Cook-Olsen Post #217 of the American Legion, Hayti, and the Funeral Honors Team of the SD Army National Guard.
