Robert B. Quigley Dec 10 1928 - Jul 09 2012 |

Robert Bernard Quigley, age 83, of Watertown, SD passed away on Monday, July 9, 2012 at a care center in Watertown. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Family Worship Center Foursquare Church in Watertown. Pastor Steve Ferguson will officiate. Music will be provided by Anita Bogue on keyboard, and Karen Muellerleile, soloist. Burial will be at 3:00 p.m. at the Lennox Cemetery in Lennox, SD. Honorary pallbearers will be: Justin Quigley, Adam Quigley, Jared Cramer, and Austin Quigley. Active pallbearers will be Bob Gaikowski, Chad Olson, Bryon Noem, Lonnie Phipps, Brian Seim, and Ron Jensen. Visitation will be at Crawford Funeral Chapel in Watertown on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and will continue at the church on Saturday prior to the services. Robert was born in Beresford, SD on December 10, 1928, to Robert B., Sr. and Effie (Harms) Quigley. He grew up on a farm in the Beresford, SD area during his early years. He married and farmed a short time near Canton, SD. Robert then moved his family to Seattle, WA where he was employed at Boeing Aircraft Co. Due to his love for the Midwest, he moved back to Parker, SD area and farmed until 1971. Robert then started employment in the insurance industry and moved to Thief River Falls, MN. He later moved back to Watertown, SD and was employed with Minnesota Rubber Company until he retired in 1993. Robert loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed picnics with family members. He was a hard working individual with a strong commitment to do his best at any task. Robert was a member of the Foursquare Church of Watertown. He was devoted to his church and enjoyed speaking about his faith and talking to people about the Lord. He is survived by his five children: Robert (Pam Shatter) Quigley of Sioux Falls, SD, Richard (Marsha) Quigley of Elberton, GA, Sandra Cramer and special friend Doug Nash of Sioux Falls, SD; Sheila (Mark) Mundt of Sioux Falls, SD; and Roger (Lisa) Quigley of Glendale, AZ; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters: Helen Malone, Paulina Sackman, Cathern Deboer and Bessie Lindberg; and three brothers: Abe, Thomas, and Danny Quigley.

| Bob will be missed...I always remember as I was greeting at FWC Bob would always gently shake my hand as he knew with my arthritis he did not want to squeeze too hard...such a thoughtful and caring man...loved taking to him..... |

| We were so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. What a good and Godly man, Bob was. I had not seen him in the last couple of years, but I enjoyed a number of visits with him over the years at church and at Jenkins. Our sincerest condolences to all of Bob's family.
