Judith Ann Randall, 76, passed away peacefully at Davis Hospice in Cheyenne, WY on October 3, 2015, in the loving company of her sons and close friends.
Services for Judy will be held at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes at 2 pm on Thursday October 8, 2015 with Pastor Roger Rapp officiating.
A private family burial beside her beloved parents will be handled by Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel, Watertown, SD, at the West Norden Cemetery in Hayti, SD.
Judy was born Oct. 3, 1939 in Omaha, NE to Mr. & Mrs. James O. Winjum Sr.
Judy graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in nursing, and spent the majority of her career as head nurse of LCSD #1. While working at DePaul Hospital in Cheyenne, WY, where she began her career, Judy learned what it truly meant to be a dedicated nurse - showing compassion and love through her faith. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and Omicron Master Sorority.
Grateful for having shared her life are her sons, Michael P. & James E. Randall and their father, her ex-husband, Paul E. Randall; brother, James O. Winjum Jr. and his wife Linda Winjum; nephew, Timothy J. Winjum; nieces, Cindy A. Riss and Tracy L. Meyer; lifelong friends, Barbara Barkee, Rozella Rice, Sally Jo Prigge, Virginia Kern.
Welcoming her into the Kingdom of Heaven were her beloved parents, Colonel James O. Winjum Sr. and Opal R. Winjum and her beloved aunt Helen Guzinski.
In lieu of flowers, Judy's family requests donations be made to Davis Hospice of Cheyenne and/or the ASPCA.
Judy was a loving mother to her two sons and a devoted friend who gave selflessly to all she encountered. She lived by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ's example of Faith, Hope, and Love.
