Active pallbearers will be: DJ Gaikowski, Danny Gaikowski, Eugene Anderson, Rich Anderson, Chad Anderson, Robb Johnson, Scott Koistinen and Dick Donley.

Roger was born on April 15, 1948, to Gerald E. and Virginia A. (Burchardt) Randall at Webster, SD.

He graduated from Waubay High School in 1966.

Roger enlisted in the U.S. Navy on April 8, 1966, and served on the ‘USS Ranger' during Vietnam.

He was honorably discharged on August 3, 1970.

On April 22, 1972, Roger married Kathy Rudebusch at Summit, SD.

They lived and worked in Waubay until moving to Watertown where Roger started working for Cenex Co-op.

They lived in various communities during his 27 years with Cenex.

Roger enlisted in the SD Army National Guard on June 29, 1973, served in Desert Storm and retired from the Guards in 1991.

The couple settled in Bryant, SD, and Roger worked as manager of the Bryant Cenex Co-op for 17 1/2 years, retiring in 2000.

They moved to Watertown and Roger worked at the Florence Elevator and retired from there on February 14, 2014.

He enjoyed ‘courtesy driving' for Watertown Ford during his retirement.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Bryant American Legion and Watertown V.F.W.

Roger enjoyed fishing, stock car races and watching the Minnesota Twins.

He loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren. Roger's motto through all of this was, "It is what it is." Roger was ‘DAD' to many people.

Roger is survived by his wife, Kathy, of Watertown; four children: Tracy (Travis) Ronke, Troy (Koleen) Randall and Todd (Molly) Randall all of Watertown and Tory Randall (Chad Pollock) of Milbank, SD; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Gary (Marilyn) Randall of Watertown and Darin (Christy) Randall of Waubay, SD; and one sister, Carol (Duane) Gaikowski, of Ortley, SD.
