For many years, after completing her cosmetology degree, she took pride in being a beautician as well as owning her own beauty shop while enjoying her relationships with her customers.  One of the greatest enjoyments of her life was loving the time she spent adoring her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Janice gave of everything to her children, with her whole heart and soul, and with absolute grace and unbounding love.

Janice is survived by four sons: Daniel (Teresa) Henley, Timothy (Kristi) Henley, all of Omaha, NE, Ricky Henley (Lorrie Papka), of Rapid City, SD, Troy (Darcy) Henley of Hayti, SD; one daughter, Kari (Tom) Olson of Omaha, NE; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bernard; her infant son, Kevin Lee; her parents, Kenneth and Pearl Nelson; and two brothers, DeWayne Nelson and LaVern Nelson.

The Henley Family is thankful and appreciative of all the prayers, loving thoughts, gifts, and condolences. God in heaven is holding on to his precious child, blessing her soul, granting her peace, complete joy, and pure everlasting Love.
