Abby J. Hall, age 32, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, in Pierre, SD. Visitation services will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 23, 2021 at Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel in Watertown, SD.
Abby J Nelson was born in Watertown, South Dakota on June 29th, 1988 to Tracy and MaryLynn (Carter) Nelson. Abby attended grade school and middle school in Watertown, South Dakota and finished high school at a girls home in Nampa, Idaho. Abby was united in marriage to Tyler Hall on December 2nd, 2011. They had McKenzie Lynn Hall April 29th, 2008, Tyson Tyler Hall July 31st, 2009, Trenton Hall February 16th, 2012 and Olivia Jane Hall December 9th, 2013. Abby truly loved being a stay at home mom with all of her children.
In Abby's free time as a child/teenager she loved to go fishing, hiking and bike riding with her siblings. She loved to jump on the trampoline and play outside as much as she could. One thing Abby loved to do was dress to perfection along with making sure her makeup was spot on. Abby was the definition of a girly girl growing up. She loved to make time to hang out with all of her friends and she had a lot of them. But one thing that will always stick in everyone's memories of her is she would always have a smile on her face and try to make you laugh or crack a joke if you're having a bad day! She was always there to lift up a spirit.
Abby is survived by her children, McKenzie Hall, Tyson Hall, Trenton Hall and Olivia Hall; her Father, Tracy Nelson (Portland, OR); her Mother, MaryLynn Nelson, Step Father, Tracey Giles (Rupert, ID); her siblings: Lee (Katie) Nelson, of Watertown, SD; Nicole (Rony) Reynolds, of Rupert, ID; Colten (Yessica) Nelson
of Tacoma, WA; and many nieces and nephews.
Abby is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lyle and MayLou Carter; along with her uncle, Woody Carter.
