Donna M. Arbogast, age 91, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at a local care center.

Private Family services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel in Watertown, SD. Scott Dempster will officiate. Family is requested to meet at the chapel at 12:30 p.m. for a family prayer service. The service will be Live-Streamed via the www.crawfordosthus.com website and Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel Facebook Live. Public visitation will be at the Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel in Watertown on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. Face coverings are required at both the family service and visitation. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Watertown. Active pallbearers will be: Derek Thompson, Taylor Thompson, Elijah Rudebusch, D'Artaneon Giang, Andi Sonnenburg, Evealynn Rudebusch, Sara Arbogast and Brigette Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Donna Mae Page was born on October 17, 1928, at a home in rural Codington County, to Leo and Miriam (Carr) Page. She was the fifth of nine children. She graduated from Henry High School in 1946 and received a one year teaching certificate from General Beadle College in Madison in 1947. She taught school in rural Codington County at a country school from 1947-1948. Donna was united in marriage to Keith W. Arbogast on August 27, 1948, and to this union three children were born: Douglas, Nina and Jeff. She was employed at Bartron Clinic for several years and then retired from Job Service after 25 years of service. Keith passed away in February of 1993. Donna is survived by her children, Douglas (Mary Arnold) Arbogast, Brookings, SD, and Nina Wishard of Watertown, SD; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren with one on the way; her brother, Gene Page; and her sister, Leone Olson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith; her son, Jeff; her parents; her brothers: Glen, Virgil, Vern and Bill; and sisters, Joyce and Carol. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Jenkins Care Center, 215 S. Maple, Watertown, SD 57201.
