Jerry attended school in Watertown from first grade through High School. He really enjoyed wrestling and being on a state championship team his senior year. He was proud of that accomplishment along with individually placing 4th in his weight class.
After high school, Jerry was employed doing drywall, taping and some painting. He had resided in Watertown and Rapid City, and was currently living in Sioux Falls, where he enjoyed working at the Smoke Deals Tobacco Shop.
Jerry had a big heart for children and enjoyed being around them. Jerry loved being with others and was always trying to be a friend to them and help them if he could. Even though Jerry had struggles in his life, he always trusted in Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord.
