Lynn Johnson Obituary
Lynn Alan Johnson, age 56, of Watertown, SD, passed away on January 24, 2021, at a local care center. A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel. Cheryl Rondeau-Bassett will be the officiant. Honorary pallbearers will be Lynn's grandchildren.
Visitation will be prior to the service on Saturday, starting at 12:00 p.m.
Lynn was born on September 25, 1964, to Mervin and Elvina (Walford) Johnson, in Watertown. He attended school in Watertown, graduating in 1982.
On January 29, 1983, Lynn was united in marriage to Donna Wallace. He worked for Pepsi Bottling Company, as a truck driver for Watertown Box and for HSA. Lynn enjoyed cars, watching Nascar, football and drag racing.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Donna Johnson of Watertown, SD; his children, Chris Johnson and Jenna Johnson, both of Watertown, SD, and Aaron Johnson (Fiancé Rosa) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren: Caden Thompson, Brayden Thompson, Zayden Thompson, Isabell Engebretson, Keane Johnson, Logan Foster, Lili Robles; his mother, Elvina Johnson; his brother Brad (Angie) Johnson of Watertown, SD; his sisters, Carla (John) Simonsen of Hurley, SD and Jodi Fuller (Fiancé Jered) of Jamestown, ND; and numerous extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mervin Johnson; his grandparents; his sister-in-law, Kimberly Anderson and his brother-in-law, Gary Goble.
